Special Event Coaching is for the beginning to intermediate level athlete training for a specific event. This can be with a couple of friends or groups of people. Let us know if more than one person is applying. Each program is about 3 months long for each event. 



We use the  Training Peaks the leading training online software of over 17 years in the industry to manage your training for you to go log your feedback and data into. This is very important for the athlete to log their sessions consistently and timely into training peaks on a day to day basis.

Join Team Fly Tri Racing every Tuesday at 5:00-6:15 AM at the Three Lakes Middle School Track starting January 8th for a FREE! Track group workout.

These sessions include:

Team Warmup Run 10 min (please arrive earlier if you would like a longer warmup run)

Dynamic Warmup and Team Session - This includes individual placements into training groups and workouts based on pace and goals.

Running Specific Agility and/or Functional Strength/Core Session

Cool down 5-10 min and Proper Foam Rolling and Stretching Techniques (please bring foam roller and mat)

Real time feed back and the opportunity to ask questions with Head Coach Ritter, Ironman Triathlon and USA Track & Field Certified Coach.
