 SINCE 2009,  FLY TRI RACING HAS DEVELOPED ATHLETES AT EVERY LEVEL OF THE SPORT INTO THE BEST ATHLETES THEY CAN BE. Fly Tri RACING OFFERS PERSONALIZED COACHING TO THE INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE. WE HAVE COACHED ATHLETES FROM BEGINNER TRIATHLETES AND RUNNERS, TO STAND OUT HIGH SCHOOL District champions , BOSTON QUALIFIERS, ELITE AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL TRIATHLETES.  WHILE THE THE TEAM IS PHYSICALLY BASED OUT OF TYLER, AND DALLAS TEXAS, WE COACH ATHLETES FROM ALL OVER.  COMPLETE THE FORM ABOVE TO LEARN MORE, view our coaches and services.  WE ARE GLAD TO HEAR FROM YOU.

TEAM FTR TRACK CLUB 

Join Team Fly Tri Racing every Tuesday at 5:00-6:15 AM

at the Three Lakes Middle School Track

starting January 8th for a FREE Track group workout.

These sessions include:

Team Warmup Run 10 min (please arrive earlier if you would like a longer warmup run)

Dynamic Warmup and Team Session - This includes individual placements into training groups and workouts based on pace and goals.

Running Specific Strength/Core Session

Cool down 5-10 min and Proper Foam Rolling and Stretching Techniques (please bring foam roller and mat)

Real time feed back and the opportunity to ask questions with Head Coach Ritter, Ironman Triathlon and USA Track & Field Certified Coach.
